Shipping Policy

Once product is in stock, your order is shipped 1-3 business days after order is received via Zipmail (delivered within 1-2 business days) or on the following Tuesday via Knutsford Express (same to next day delivery). Delivery days with St. Ann are Mondays and Wednesdays. We do not ship outside of Jamaica at this time.Β 

Refund Policy

We offer exchange or store credit in the event that you need to return a product within 10 days of purchase date.

Product seal and label must be in tact upon return.

To initiate a return, simply email us with your concern & order number at dynamicaliliving@gmail.com. We do not replace free gifts or products not listed on orders. Sample products are final, no returns, exchanges, or credit. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed.
